Orders can be cancelled and voided provided items have not shipped. Credit card transactions can be voided provided we are notified within 24 hours of the time you placed the order unless products have already shipped. Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. If the items have already been shipped, they are subject to our return policy.


Custom orders cannot be returned and there will be no refunds. For other products, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us at for authorization before returning any items to us. Items returned directly without first contacting us voids the return policy and no refunds will be issued. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you obtain a return label from us, and receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have used another method of payment, first check with your institution used. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, first send us an email at and follow the instructions to start processing your exchange.
